Temperature Quilts document the temperature of each day in a quilt block. A temperature gauge is created with corresponding fabric colours. Document the high and low temperature of each day in a block and at the end of the year, you have a quilt depicting temperature variations through the year.
Many, many variations of this unique quilt can be done –abnormal weather, special dates, how about noting your emotion of the day? This lecture will introduce you to the wonderful world of Temperature Quilts and you’ll want to start yours immediately!
This month, Kim Caskey is coming to us from Edmonton AB, via Zoom
