The Ottawa Valley Quilters Guild (OVQG) proudly presents its “Festival of Quilts 2017” with special displays celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday! OVQG is excited to inspire the next generation by showcasing youth quilts.There will be hundreds of incredible quilts and quilted wearables. Visitors can vote for their favourites, and participate in the “Visitor’s Challenge”. Our Members Boutique will have quilted items for sale; over 20 vendors will be in the merchant mall; there will be daily door prizes and raffle quilts to support local charities.
Plan a trip to visit Ottawa. The Canada 150 celebrations will be in full swing, and you can also visit the annual Tulip Festival!

The OVQG holds a quilt show every two years, at the RA Centre on the Mother's Day weekend in May. The OVQG shows alternate with those of the Common Thread Quilt Guild.
