Renewing Online

This is the recommended method, as you can do it at anytime from the comfort of your home.

  • Go to your online membership profile, either by logging in to the OVQG website or by clicking the Renew your membership button in any renewal email you received.
(See the Website Help page if you need assistance with logging in.)
  • Click the blue Renew until 01 Jul 2027 button to start the renewal process.
(This button is not available until May 1st.)
  • Review and update your membership information as needed.
(There are several new fields in the profile that you must fill in.)
  • Click either the Pay online button or the Invoice me button to select your method of payment.
(This changes your membership status to "pending", and you can no longer cancel the renewal.)
  • If you choose to pay online, your renewal is complete once your payment is successful.
(See the Online Payment Help page if you need assistance.)
  • If you choose to receive an invoice by email, your renewal is complete once payment is received.
(The invoice contains instructions for paying by e-transfer, cash, cheque, or online payment.)

Renewing In Person

Your membership can be renewed in person at the May and June monthly meetings.

  • Go to any membership renewal email you received, then download and print the Membership Application (PDF).
  • Fill out the application form and bring it to the Membership table at the monthly meeting.
  • Make your membership payment by cash or cheque at the meeting. Alternatively, you can pay by e-transfer (as outlined on the application form), or by online payment (see the Online Payment Help page).
