Welcome to 2022 from the Program Team - we send you all best wishes for a happy and healthy new year!! We kick off this year with our meeting on January 10, when we will be treated to something a little different. We will be joined by author and barn quilt aficionado, Suzi Parron. Suzi has traveled throughout the US following barn quilt trails, collecting information, knowledge and pictures of these fabulous quilts, that weather the weather. Although most of the trails are in the US, Suzi had the opportunity to visit some of Ontario’s barn quilt trails, and has included them in her second book, “Following the Barn Quilt Trail.” So, grab a warm beverage, sit back and enjoy Suzi’s talk as we will learn about the rich history of these magnificent quilts and the people who make them!
